Dear C6 Families,
Our class did an amazing job reading this year by reading over 340,000 minutes. Over the summer it is important to keep up the good habits and not lose this all the progress made this year.
I have set up a summer reading log for each student linked to the right. Each student should be able to click the link and keep a record of their work.
Directions
1. Click the link for the students name
2. Enter the minutes read in the row below the date
3. The minutes will auto add and calculate the totals in the right column and at the bottom right corner for total minutes read. It will also show how many more minutes need to be read.
(this is a google doc and can be copied and edited)
Important rule: Don't even go on to someone else's name because you might accidentally edit it. Also it is a good idea to keep a hard copy(one was sent home with your kids today) in case the minutes are adjusted.
